2017 - 2018 FALL / WINTER / SPRING LEARN TO PLAY HOCKEY

Our Learn to Play Hockey Program is a progressive hockey skills development program that is designed to provide skills instruction for children ages 5 thru 14.  This program has been set up an an introduction to hockey focusing on basic hockey skills, with an emphasis on having FUN

Our weekly sessions teach the fundamental skills of PUCK HANDLING, PASSING, SHOOTING, and GAME SITUATIONS while reinforcing previously taught skating skills.  Our progressive teaching methods provide the skaters with the opportunity to develop confidence and a positive self-image while experiencing achievement throughout the program.  

Our Learn to Play Hockey has been designed to prepare players to move into our Youth In House Program once they have completed both levels within the Learn to Play Hockey!

						Session 1:  Sept 10, 17, 24, Oct 1, 8, 15, 22, 29	     (8wk)

Session 2: Nov. 5, 12, 19, 26, Dec 3, 10, 17 (7wk)

Session 3: Jan 7, 14, 21, 28 Feb 4, 11, 18, 25 (8wk)

Session 4: Mar 4, 11, 18, 25, April 8, 15, 22, 29 (8wk)
*Please note NO Class 4/1

Session 5: May 6, 13, 20 June 3, 10, 17, 24 July 1 (8wk)
*Please note NO Class 5/27

CLASS TIMES:

Ages 8 & Under - 8:00am - 9:00am
Ages 9 thru 14 - 9:00am - 10:00am 


Session Fee is $190 for 8 Week Session
Session Fee is $165 for 7 Week Session

FULL EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED!

We do not offer Make Ups for any missed classes

Please note:  Students must complete either Snow Plow Sam 4, Basic 1 or LTS Hockey 1 prior to enrolling in Learn To Play Hockey

Students must have the following hockey equipment : 
Skates, Helmet, Gloves, Pants, Elbow guards, Shin & Shoulder Pads, Stick, Mouth guard

Additional Details

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your designated class to ensure ample preparation time.
No one is allowed on the ice in shoes
Due to tournament or illness, classes may be conducted by a substitute coach.
Family members and friends are not allowed on the ice during classes.
All NEW participants will receive a jersey.
